Looked for some serums and these looked very appealing. I really like the snail line from Mizon so hopefully this will help combat acne also!

  •  Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask

  • Holika Holika Soda Pore BB Cleansing Oil
I heard great reviews on this! I read from another blogger that if you rub it into your skin for an hour or so that the sebaceous filaments will come out of your pores. I've never used oils on my face and that sounds risky. So far, all I know about this product is; it smells like fruit loops.
  •  Skin Food Acorn Jelly mask
This mask claims to minimizes the size of your pores and the texture of this mask is interesting!

  • LUSH Santa Lip Scrub

Edible and gives your lips a tint when used!

    •  Laneige Water Sleeping Pack _EX

A mask worn to sleep that claims to makes your skin brighter, tighter, and  moisturized.

      •  Naruko Tea Tree Peeling Gel

Peeling gel removes the dead skin that is on your face or body.

That's a wrap for the overview of the products! I will update you guys on each product with reviews and more!

LUSH Ocean Salt Face & Body Scrub

This is my first Lush product called Ocean Salt. They are available in two sizes 4.2 and the 8.8 Oz tubs. I have the 4.2 Oz tub and the total came out to be $23 here in the States.

In case you're not familiar with the company Lush, they make their products out of fresh and organic ingredients. So right away I was interested because I have really sensitive skin.

Onto the review! I absolutely love this product. I've been using this for about two weeks now and I noticed some great changes in my skin. First of all, three days is enough for time for me to decide if the product was a hit or a miss. Right off the bat, on the first day I told my best friend that this is definitely my holy grail.

Here are the ingredients:

Fine Sea Salt  , Hand Harvested Sea Salt , Fresh Grapefruit Infusion  , Organic Silken Tofu , Glycerine , Japan Wax  , Sodium Cocoamphoacetate , Fresh Organic Lime Extracted in Vodka  , Mango Butter  , Extra Virgin Coconut Oil  , Avocado Butter  , Lime Oil , Seaweed Absolute  , Violet Leaf Absolute  , *Limonene , Linalool , Fragrance , Blue 1

hm. okay. Looks good until we get to the "Limonene , Linalool , Fragrance , Blue 1 " part.

Limonene: Scent ingredient and solvent naturally in the rind of citrus fruit

Blue 1: water-soluble artificial blue dye

Yeah, I don't really like added unnatural fragrances and dye in my product. I knew that the product would have some sort of dye because of the unnatural blue coloring, but I just said "Yolo" and decided to try it out.

The recommended amount of use is 2-3 times a week. I use it every day, once a day. Remember to not use this in the shower or your product will get watery and spoiled. I use a spatula for hygienic purposes and also to keep from getting any water into it.

I had some rash like rough patches on the side my temples and on the second day it was gone. My skin was left smooth and clean feeling. No exaggeration. I felt so clean and within a week my acne was clearing and left over scars from previous acne was fading. Usually my skin gets very dry and patchy after using a scrub or cleanser, but this one made me feel very refreshed. When I touched my skin it felt like there was water retained in my skin.

The smell was heavenly it smells like literally a Margarita!  Now the feeling .. If you would scroll down and look at the pictures you can see the size of the salts.

The size of the salts are pretty big and chunky , but there are also tiny grains of salts mixed in there too. I use this as a facial scrub mostly and I tried to use medium pressure when I'm using this. It can be very coarse and harsh for users who aren't use to the size and texture. Now, when you first buy it , it will look like it does in the photo, but! Remember to mix it up then you can use it. I love the little sticker on the back telling you who made it, it's so cute!

Mixing Time!

Overall I am in love with this product and there are no cons for me currently! I'll update this post again in about a month to tell you guys if anything changed.
Bye,  my dumplings ♥

UPDATE: Turns out this product was not good for my face or body. It worked for a few days and started to increase my pore size and irritate my skin. I used it as a body scrub and it was proficient, but it left a little film on my skin after I used it.  I ended up breaking out and skin is now uneven -_- I wanted this to work, but sadly it didn't. If you guys have any scrubs you'd like me to try, just message me!

REVIEW: Skin Food - Egg White Pack

Here is the video version of this review! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leTDMfUUzzo&feature=youtu.be

Everyone knows that eggs whites help tighten skin and shrink pores! So this Skin Food product utilizes egg whites to help get rid of our black heads and white heads.

Each pack comes with 5 forehead and jaw pieces and 5 nose pieces. Instructions say to wet the area before you apply the adhesive to the area.

Packaging

Forehead and Jaw piece
Forehead and jaw piece

Nose piece

Verdict

I got these for about 6 dollars on ebay from the seller, ideaseller_kr. I really recommend this seller! His items get here in the US in about a week and he has a lot of items! Also, he is very helpful! He does give a sample per product.

I've never used pore strips before so I was really confused as to which side to stick onto my skin. Lesson learned my friends, it is the side that is sticky.. Also another mistake I made using it the first time, I didn't let the strips dry. I left it on for about 15 minutes, it was dry, but it didn't really peel anything out. The second time around I left it on for almost 30 minutes and it really got my deep ones out!

Enjoy my pain.. LOL. By the way the reason why I put the forehead and jaw pieces on my cheeks is because I don't really have any problems there, my cheeks are the real troublemakers! They are loaded with them suckers!

So here is the first trial , a week ago .. gross (Click on the pictures to see a close up of my white heads.. EW)

Here is the second trial.. still gross

Notice how on the second trial there are a lot less white heads on there! WOOHOO.

All I have to say is it hurts a lot when you peel it slowly. BUT. I love this product! I'm buying more of these and the black bean version with only nose strips. I'm definitely trying out the Black bean nose strips!

PROS:
  • Really gets them nasties out!
  • Makes my skin really smooth afterwards.
  • Helps get rid of the stubborn ones on my nose
  • After each use I see less blackheads
CONS:
  • You will cry if you don't try it out.
  • You will actually cry in the process of removing this pore strip.
Tell me how you like this product and what you guys would like me to review next! Also, tell me if you guys want me to make a video review!

REVIEW: Rice Mask Wash Off Video

REVIEW: Skin Food Rice Mask Wash Off

Here is the video version of this review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mjcvpQD4YE

BEWARE. Before you read on you must know this review is image heavy, if you have slow connection it might not load for you. Also, there will be lots of close ups of my ugly face.

LET'S GO!

I got this product off of ebay from Cosmeticmarket2012 for $9.33, it took about one and a half weeks to get to the US. Skin Food claims this product will , "transform skin into pure and soft texture".

Click on the photos for close ups!

Packaging

Comes in a plastic jar like most Skin Food masks, this one is 100 g. Very simple packaging, does not come with a spoon or scoop.

The jar comes with a plastic lid to protect the product inside.

The texture is a very soft milky feeling, has little grains of rice for exfoliating. I would describe it as a rice smoothie LOL, except it isn't runny.
This has a cooling effect and feels amazing when you cool it in the fridge before use, but if you don't pop it in the fridge, it still has the same effect. OH MY GOD. STOP. I must tell you about the smell. I love it. It smells like Jasmine rice and reminds me of this baby shampoo in the US from Johnson & Johnson, it is very relaxing.

See the grains?

As you can see I've had this product for more than a month and I haven't even gotten one inch deep into the jar.

Application

Here is my ugly face.. sorry guys. I just woke up and it is 8AM on a Saturday morning. Don't blame me, I was born a Medusa.

Here is a nasty view of my big pores and old scars my face is feeling a bit dry since it is still winter weather over here.

So I left this mask on for about half an hour .. I got a little distracted heheh. Notice how you can see the rice grains on my face.

Now look at my face! I didn't wash the mask off yet, it just dissolved into my face.

The after photos!

Feeling nice and refreshed!

Comparisons

The mask dissolved into my skin!

Look at how matte and brighter my skin got!

Verdict

You guys know that song from Savage Garden called I Knew I Loved You? If you don't, Here you go

That song is exactly how I feel about this product. I absolutely love the smell, it is really good at helping me during my stressful days. I really love the refreshing and softening effect it has. True to it's word, this product really made my skin soft. I couldn't stop touching it! It does have a brightening effect but it is only temporary. OH I COULD CARE LESS.. I'm buying another one, while I'm at it I'll buy one for my mother, sister, and best friend. Heck, I'll buy it for my whole family. That is how much I love this mask♥♥♥

Goodbye my veggie dumplings ♥
